The Second Deputy Governor of Basra province Dr. Thargham Al-Ajwadi, received the delegation of Hammurabi Human Rights Organization, included Mrs. Pascale Warda, Head of the Organization and Mr. William Warda, Director of Public Relations.
During the meeting, a deliberative dialogue was held between the two sides on issues relating to the rights of Iraqi minorities and the importance of guaranteeing the rights of these Iraqi civil components in a way that ensures the removal of injustice against them, confronting all negative phenomena affecting their rights, and allowing the formulation of sovereign decisions and the survival of the civilian State, which guarantees the rights of all its nation.

The Deputy Governor presented the delegation of the Hammurabi Organization number of publications and books dealing with the rights of people with disabilities and publications that promote coexistence.
Touring the halls of the book fair, the delegation considered number of books with knowledgeable titles, appreciating the receiving books as a gift.
The delegation also met number of government officials and civilians who were visiting the exhibition at the time, and many dialogues took place.
