The President of Al-Hamdaniya University award the shield of the University to Mrs. Pascale Warda, Chairwoman of Hammurabi Human Rights Organization, in the presence of a large group of students, deans of the faculties and professors, in honor and gratitude of her efforts to contribute to the advancement of this academic edifice and her diligently follow-up in meeting the scientific and logistical requirements.
It is to be mentioned that Mrs. Pascale Warda had initiated the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research to establish the University of Al-Hamdaniya and obtained the necessary approvals in this regard, as well as her efforts to obtain financial French and US support to meet the requirements of a number of scientific and sports sections with laboratory and sports supplies as labs of chemistry, life sciences, physics, the language lab and a gymnasium. She also supported the encouragement of professors in the first days of the young university.
Hammurabi Organization has also begun to meet the demands of the university's students of internal department for blankets, mattresses, hygiene items and many other requirements after returning from forced displacement due to the invasion of the terrorist group ISIS.
