- Mr. William Warda meets the invitation of the British Embassy for a reception to host the Chargé d'affaires of the Embassy
Mr. William Warda, public relations officer at Hammurabi Human Rights Organization, meets the invitation of the British Embassy in Baghdad to attend the informal reception hosted by His Excellency John Technot, Chargé d'affaires of the British Embassy in Baghdad, at the Ambassador's residence at the British Embassy compound on Sunday, July 1, 2018.
The ceremony was dedicated to the farewell of Mrs. Natalie Atmore from the political section of the British Embassy responsible for the human rights file and to present the alternative diplomat.
During the ceremony, Mr. John Technot expressed his thanks and appreciation to Ms. Natalie Rikcart for her two years of hard work and various services in political and human rights fields, praised her qualities and skills, and presented the new alternative diplomat to bear the same responsibility and function as Mrs. Atmore.
Mr. Technot expressed his hope that the alternative diplomat will fill the gap that Mrs. Atmore could leave in the field of human rights.
The ceremony was attended by number of activists from civil society and human rights organizations friends of Mrs. Natalie, as well as a number of Western diplomats working for the human rights record.
