Iraqi human rights figures and activists from the humanitarian field appreciated the efforts conducted by HHRO to bring more attention to provide aid for children and women in the displaced families, confirming that this trend assures that HHRO is keen to support the most vulnerable groups that suffered from displacement and terrorism acts conducted in the province of Nineveh.
And they also indicated that HHRO efforts to reach the farthest place in the Iraqi land and provide help by distributing winter supplies from heaters, blankets, shoes and different clothes for displaced children and families is by itself an honorable quest that reflects the reality that HHRO takes into account, that most families were displaced while costumed with winter clothes and did not get the chance to carry its winter clothes since the occupation of Mosul in 10/6/2014.
It is noteworthy that thousands of children and women received aid from HHRO including winter clothing for the displaced families in Erbil, Duhok and in many other villages and towns including the ones on the Iraqi-Turkish border, and it is known that HHRO is in its fourth relief program and HHRO also assures that women and children should be one of the first beneficiaries of their activities, the organization also adopted many ideas and trends that were transferred to the official governments for the purpose of urging them to increase interest in these oppressed social groups
