Mr. William Warda, Public Relations Officer of Hammurabi Human Rights Organization received a high-level delegation from the Federation of Arab Trainers, chaired by Dr. Younis Al-Khatayba.

The meeting held at the organization's main office in Baghdad on July 2, 2018.

The two sides had met on June 28, 2018 to discuss ways of mutual cooperation and coordination mechanisms and exchange of experiences in the fields of training and development of skills and capabilities through participation in various events of the parties.

The meetings, which attended by Mr. Mohamed Ibrahim Attia, member of the Board of Directors of the Federation of Arab Trainers and Mr. Bashar Saadoun Al Saadi, Vice President of the Public Relations Committee of Hammurabi Human Rights Organization, resulted in the signing of a memorandum of understanding on 2/7/2018 by Dr. Younis Al-Khatayba of the Federation of Arab Trainers and Mr. William Ward of Hammurabi Human Rights Organization.

The memorandum deals with mutual cooperation in raising and building capacities of human resources especially in the fields of human rights and other human sciences through various activities and events in most countries of the region, as well as cooperation in exchanging experiences in training and developing skills and experiences for young people, new graduates, Public cadres in Public institutions, universities, institutes and others.

The memorandum also stressed the importance of coordination and cooperation in the field of publishing and information and the exchange of studies and joint research in the periodicals and the joint media.
