A press conference following a book recently released about Ms. Pascale Warda
· The Spanish Publishing Agency of (TECONT) holding a press conference for Ms. Pascale Warda on the occasion of the issuance of a book about her titled (UNA ROSA EN IRAK).
· The author of the book, the famous Spanish journalist Ana Gil, included a presentation of Ms. Warda personality. the stages of her human rights and political march and the important events of her life.
The Spanish Publishing Agency of TECONT organized a press conference for Ms. Pascale Warda, president of Hammurabi Human Rights Organization, former Minister of Displacement and Migration and a member of the Iraqi Women Network, attended by more than 20 media figures (TVs, Radios, Newspapers, Websites), during the conference they discussed conditions in Iraq, the future of Christians in their country and their suffering from human rights violations, how the majority of Christians have become displaced after the invasion of ISIS of their villages, towns and cities.
Ms. Pascale presented accurate field images about the violations endured by minorities in general.
This press conference was held on the occasion of the issuance of a book written by the famous Spanish journalist Ana Gil about the life of Ms. Pascale Warda and her struggle, and about the honorable positions she took to confront injustice, discrimination, marginalization and inability which are suffered by the Iraqi minorities, it is known that the book’s title is (UNA ROSA EN IRAK), which means A ROSE IN IRAQ, written by Ana Gil after a serious of interviews and meetings with Iraqi personnel close to Ms. Warda and her activities, the book also included discussion with Ms. Warda about incidents in her life filled with interesting events.
TECONT prepared this program to include five female characters in the world which are on a degree of distinction in their performance which serves human rights and preserve his dignity, the book also discussed a number of Ms. Warda characteristics.
The issuance of this book represents the first stage of the program, while awaiting the second part after the preparation of the draft by the author and the push for publishing.
