Human rights activists are paying great attention to the training methodology adopted by Hammurabi Human Rights Organization to increase the number of qualified staff to support and promote religious freedom, pluralism and social cohesion, and diagnose the human rights violations that occur, as well as the attention given to public relations issues and how it should be within the most sophisticated specifications and in response to the requirements of the field work of Iraqi civil society organizations, taking care to benefit from the experiences and scientific developments applied by these relations.
According to these activists, what Hammurabi is accomplishing in this exercise necessarily reflects its national civic vision in increasing the number of qualified staff, especially in the areas liberated from the terrorist groups, and that there is a need for fairness, justice and reintegration in the framework of the principles of transitional justice essential to eliminate the effects of the psychological, social, economic and cultural devastation caused by the terrorist groups of ISIS mainly targeting minorities by terrible crimes of murder, rape, abduction, captivity, destruction of religious and cultural landmarks devoting the methods of jungle and all other crimes that fall within the titles of genocide.
It is to be mentioned that Hammurabi Human Rights Organization so far held four training workshops of this kind in Baghdad, Erbil, Mosul and Hamdaniya, and held meetings with human rights activists in which the adoption of education in the direction of finding qualified staff able to follow up issues related to public relations and monitoring based on the codification of violations and thus able to qualify tens of citizens of various affiliations and scientific degrees adopted in previous years as well as the results of these achievements appeared in the periodic and annual reports issued on the subjects of violations, especially as it relies on documentation based on non-compliance any facts recorded or captured by the general Iraqi reality, on the fact that this reality revealed the size of the need for human rights to observers efficient in these fields.
According to the program adopted by the organization, it is hoped that the coming months will witness the establishment of similar courses in some provinces of southern and central Iraq according to the possibilities available.
