Mr. William Warda participated in this session along with a number of stakeholder. The participants addressed the danger posed by climatic changes to the lives of citizens, especially the displaced people, and the significant negative impacts their fragile environment their economic, social and psychological conditions
Researchers discussed the means to address the situation of the displaced in the light of these challenges, and the efforts and means to reduce the burdens of public service.
