Hammurabi Human Rights Organization HHRO issued an illustrated booklet on the various accomplished activities undertaken by the organization within the framework of its human rights and relief responsibilities.
The booklet is an album including photos focusing on the activities of the organization concerning construction and services, as well as relief programs, particularly food baskets, refrigerators, drinking water, home water purification systems, health packages to cope with the risks of diseases and epidemics, distribution of medicines and medical supplies, clothing, vestures and blankets. The organization also completed on the University of Hamdaniya providing studying and school supplies including stationery, books and desks and sustained efforts in securing the transfer of students to schools. These activities covered all camps of displaced people in the provinces of Duhok, Erbil and Sulaymaniyah as well as the displaced from provinces of Anbar Salahuddin and Diyala sheltering the outskirts of Baghdad.
The booklet also documented human rights activities, in the frameworks of public relations at national and international levels, and the five electoral regulatory conferences held since its founding in 2005, as well as numerous seminars and interactive sessions, training workshops in the field of monitoring and documenting human rights.
This documented and illustrated booklet is part of a series of various publications issued by the organization in two languages both in Arabic and English. It is the seventh publication in the framework of this series and the first published in 2018 so far. It is to be mention that Hammurabi Organization for Human Rights offers this booklet to readers, expressing its keen to document all activities based on the principle adopted in ensuring the truth being the ground of any established work.
