A delegation from Hammurabi Human Rights Organization visited the Catholic University in Erbil on 20/9/2018 and meets Dr. Sabah Al-Maleh, head of the University.
The delegation included Mrs. Pascale Warda, Chairwoman of the organization, Mr. William Warda, Public Relations Officer, Dr. Hamid Shehab , Dr. Shewan Nafi, members of the General Board and Mr. Adel Saad the media advisor of the organization.
Mrs. Warda convey to Dr. Al-Maleh appreciation, thanks and gratitude of Hammurabi organization for the response of the university presidency for the assessment of scientific and ethical standards that should govern one of the projects of Hammurabi Human Rights Organization.
During the meeting number of scientific and legal issues were discussed and the importance of such standards as the basis for evaluating the quality elements in the activities, procedures and approved projects, or correcting what must be corrected in order to receive those works in general and thus prevail the proper standards in all that is achieved.
For her part, Mrs. Warda and the members of the delegation presented the activities and projects carried out by Hammurabi organization in the fields of human rights for citizens and to address violations that are taking place and seek to sustain the momentum of human behavior based on respect and solidarity and safeguarding the rights of all Iraqi components away from any marginalization, exclusion or containment referring to the research project carried out by the Organization in partnership, coordination and support from the international university institutions with a degree of scientific credibility.
Dr. Al-Maleh discussed issues related to the general administration of the youth university and educational planning and the importance of openness to successful experiences that ensure sustainable human development and the need to pay attention to infrastructure as the basis on which any public service projects in the economic and educational fields should be based.
The two sides agreed for more meetings for this purpose in the framework of joint cooperation and feeding projects that take into account the value of social and scientific partnership.
